Compound

One routine, forever: strength, mobility, and aesthetics.

Coming soon to iPhone & Apple Watch

IThe idea

A workout app with exactly one workout in it.

Every fitness app sells you a library. Thousands of exercises, hundreds of programs. All of it is homework.

Compound has one program: a four-day split built on heavy compound lifts. It also trains what most programs ignore: neck, tibialis, rotator cuff, grip. The exercises never change. The numbers do. The app handles the numbers.

The Compound home screen: the four days listed in order, with a START button on the next one.

IIThe plan

Four days. That's the whole menu.

Push sits between Pull and Legs, so deadlifts and squats never land back to back. The app knows which day is next. You just show up.

IIILegsQuads, hamstrings, glutes, adductors, calves, tibialis

IIIThe progression

The weight goes up when you've earned it.

Every lift runs on double progression. Lifters have trusted it for fifty years. Compound just does the bookkeeping.

8
Hit every set

Hit the target on every set. Next session asks for one more rep.

+5
Top out the range

Reach the top of the rep range. The weight goes up and the reps start over.

6
Miss a set

Long-press the circle and log what you got. No penalty. The target waits.

If you'd rather climb slower, progression can wait up to five sessions per increase.

The Session Complete screen. Under Next Session, each lift shows its new target, such as add 5 pounds for 170 by 5.

IVThe session

Warm-up included. Rest included. Mobility included.

A session opens with a warm-up: three minutes of cardio, the day's dynamic movements, ramp-up sets from your working weight. Rest timers start on their own when you log a set. Ten minutes of mobility closes the session.

Each exercise gets the right control. Circles for reps. A stopwatch for dead hangs. Countdowns for planks. Distance for carries.

Lock your phone and the session stays on the Lock Screen: sets, the rest countdown, skip and extend. When rest ends, you get a notification.

All of it can be tuned or turned off. The defaults are the program.

An exercise screen: Barbell Bench Press with a form figure, four set circles, a rest countdown, and the weight with plus and minus controls.

VThe wrist

The watch knows the plan too.

The Apple Watch app mirrors the session live. Log sets, run timers, and adjust the weight while your phone stays in the bag. Workouts save to Apple Health with heart rate and calories.

The watch during rest: a countdown at 2:20 and a Skip Rest button. The watch mid-exercise: set circles and the weight, with live heart rate in the corner.

VIThe fine print, proudly

No account. No cloud. No feed.

Your training history is a file on your phone. No server, no login, no data collection. Compound works in a basement gym with no signal.
